By purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, you are at least 18 years old, and you will not misuse, redistribute, or resell our digital assets without authorization.

Digital Product Purchase Policy

Delivery Timeline

After completing your purchase, you will instantly receive an order confirmation email. Your snapshot delivery will be sent within 1 business day along with your installation link and documentation. Delivery occurs Monday through Friday.

Product Access

All items are digital downloads and are delivered via email. No physical products are shipped.

Lifetime Access

You receive lifetime access to the specific snapshot version you purchased, including future updates.

Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases, change of mind, misunderstanding of the product, or failure to use it. If you do not receive your snapshot within 1 business day, please email us immediately at info@digitalmarketingsnapshotforghl.com.

Support Policy

Free Support

Each purchase includes 15 days of free support for basic setup, snapshot importing, minor updates, and onboarding guidance. Support begins the day your snapshot is delivered.

Paid Support

After the 15-day period, customers may purchase optional monthly support plans.

Scope of Support

Support does not include complete custom builds, advanced workflow development, third-party integrations outside GoHighLevel, extensive branding, or redesigning your entire system. Only minor adjustments are included under free support.

Intellectual Property Rights

All snapshots, funnels, workflows, templates, automations, training materials, and digital assets belong exclusively to Digital Marketing Snapshot for GHL. You may not resell, share, copy, distribute, rebrand, upload to marketplaces, or claim our products as your own. You are granted a license to use the product only for your own business or client projects unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

User Responsibilities

By using and installing our products, you agree to provide accurate purchase information, use the snapshot legally and ethically, comply with GoHighLevel rules (including A2P 10DLC regulations), and maintain your own required software subscriptions. We are not responsible for misuse of the snapshot, issues caused by third-party apps, or non-compliant messaging.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for business losses, downtime, lost leads, lost revenue, system errors, third-party platform outages (GoHighLevel, Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, etc.), misconfiguration, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

No Guarantees

Although our snapshots and systems are designed to enhance performance, we do not guarantee results such as income increase, sales growth, lead volume, client acquisition, or platform performance. Results vary depending on implementation, effort, compliance, and external market conditions.

Third-Party Platforms

Our digital products may integrate with external services such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, Stripe, Mailgun, Facebook, Google, and other CRMs or form systems. We are not responsible for their outages, billing issues, compliance rules, feature changes, or restrictions. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, attempt to distribute or resell our digital products, engage in fraud, or misuse our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by U.S. law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or small claims proceedings within the United States.
