We do not access, own, or process that data as part of selling the snapshot. You are solely responsible for your own client contracts and for any data-processing agreement (DPA) or sub-processor obligations you owe your clients, and for obtaining the necessary consent before messaging your clients' contacts (including TCPA prior express consent and honoring STOP/opt-out requests for SMS, email, and AI messaging). If your engagement requires us to act as a processor or sub-processor of your clients' personal data, contact us about a separate data-processing agreement before sharing any such data.
